Refund policy

Ordered items may be returned in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. In the case of a partial delivery, the return period is extended until you have received the remaining shipment(s).

We accept returns only for undamaged, unworn, and unaltered items accompanied by the original delivery slip. If we find that the merchandise has deteriorated, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the purchase price, which we will determine at our discretion.
Please do not use the item’s original packaging as a shipping box. We can only accept returns to our warehouse if the merchandise is in its undamaged original packaging. You are responsible for

the return shipping costs, and the postmark date serves as proof of return.

As soon as the return arrives at our warehouse, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive your refund within approximately 14 days.

Exchange Information: If you would like a different size after receiving your order, please place a new order through our online store. The amount for the returned items will be credited back to your payment method.
