General Terms and Conditions of the WISE Webshop
- The masculine form is used to represent both genders.
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
By placing an order on www.wiseultrarunning.ch, you accept the General Terms and Conditions between you and DLD Trading AG (hereinafter referred to as “wiseultrarunning.ch” or “we/us”). These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the purchase of products via the online store www.wiseultrarunning.ch.
2. ORDER
Please place orders exclusively through the wiseultrarunning.ch online store. Orders placed by phone, mail, fax, or email are not accepted and will not be processed.
3. DELIVERY
We deliver throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. The goods are delivered directly to the specified address. Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 1–2 business days. Cash-on-delivery shipping is not available.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50 per order. There is no minimum order amount. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 150.00 or more (except for special deliveries).
5. INVENTORY
It is possible that the merchandise may no longer be available when your order is received. In this case, the item on the order will be canceled, and you will be notified by email. Merchandise that is out of stock cannot be reserved. Claims for damages due to delayed or failed deliveries are excluded. Any payments already made will be refunded.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted via Twint, Mastercard, Visa, and PostFinance Pay. We reserve the right to require payment in advance or to decline the requested payment method without providing a reason.
7. DISCOUNTS/COUPONS
Direct discounts/coupons cannot be combined with other direct discounts/coupons.
8. VALUE-ADDED TAX
All prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and correct any pricing errors.
9. WARRANTY
Please report material or manufacturing defects to our customer service department in writing via regular mail (see Section 10) or by email (service@wiseultrarunning.ch) within 10 days of receiving the merchandise, with the NOTE: “Notice of Defect.” Defective items must be noted and described on the delivery slip when returned. We assume no liability for material or manufacturing defects reported at a later date.
10. RIGHT OF RETURN
Ordered items may be returned in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. In the case of a partial shipment, the return period is extended until you have received the remaining shipment(s). We will only accept returns of undamaged, unworn, and unaltered items accompanied by the corresponding delivery slip. If we find that the merchandise has deteriorated, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the purchase price, as determined at our discretion. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the date of the postmark is binding for return purposes.

11. IMAGE AND TEXT RIGHTS
All image, audio, and text rights used on the web shop are owned by DLD Trading AG or the respective partners. Any use of any kind without our express consent is strictly prohibited.
12. DATA PROTECTION
You agree that your data may be stored and processed in the database of DLD Trading AG or its authorized partner companies. You also authorize us to use your data for internal marketing purposes. Our website uses an analytics tool for optimization and to achieve the best possible customer experience. You are personally responsible for your login credentials (including your password) and the orders placed using them. Therefore, please ensure that you do not disclose your login credentials to third parties. Particularly sensitive data is securely transmitted via encrypted connection (SSL).
13. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online store are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
